My son Nick is doing fantastic using Thermo-FX and Evening Primrose Oil as his new medication for his ADHD [symptoms]. Your article about ADHD was very good and I can relate. My son was diagnosed with ADHD and took Ritalin for years. It helped him do better in school. A teacher told me that it was speed and that it had the opposite affect on kids before puberty. I immediately took my son off Ritalin. With classroom modifications like more teacher eye contact and smaller classes and groups, I found that my son could focus more. Ritalin seems to have become a cure-all for fidgety kids.

I just wanted to tell you that I agree with you on your article regarding Ritalin. I
checked out your web site and I agree with your philosophy.
I watched a good friend of mine who was only 40 die this past May - she
had, 6 weeks prior, been told she had liver and colon cancer. She
checked herself into the hospital where they cut out as much of her
liver and colon as possible, then zapped her with chemotherapy and then
told her she was hopeless. She turned yellower than a banana and was in
horrible pain. She was at home and had stayed up that entire night,
screaming in pain. The doctor prescribe a powerful sleeping pill. 20
minutes after she willingly swallowed the pill she died. It was
horrible! I am CONVINCED that if she hadn't had surgery -and hadn't
taken the conventional medical approach, she'd still be alive today.
Anyway, it's just so nice to see those who believe in natural approaches
to LIFE! That being said, my husband is a school teacher and he doesn't
even believe in ADD or ADHD. We believe that it is a nutrition and
